About this guide

ButchartGardensTour.com is an independent visitor guide to day tours from Vancouver to Victoria and the Butchart Gardens. We are not The Butchart Gardens, BC Ferries, any tour operator, or Viator, and the site name describes the trip we write about rather than a business. We compare the bookable tours so you can pick the right day first time.

Facts on this site are checked against the gardens' published rates and hours, the live Viator listings (including hundreds of recent guest reviews) and current travel information for Vancouver Island. Prices and schedules move; when a listing and this page disagree, the checkout price wins.

The site is funded by affiliate commissions: when you book through a Viator link here, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. That never changes what we recommend, including pointing out lower-rated tours and how long the day really is. Details on the affiliate disclosure page.
